It's been discussed and decided that the Angel campaign will take a new direction this week.  While we still want to continue sending out the angels to TPTB, it's time to target the soap magazines, and people like Cindi Rinehart who are so obviously supportive of Genie.  Below are the addresses where you can send your postcards, letters, and supportive angel finds with your messages of wanting Genie's return.

I hope that everyone is doing well.  Yet another week almost gone and I hope that the Angels have continued to soar freely directly into TPTB's laps!!  My own personal outlook is one of optimism. I have heard tidbits here and there that have my hopes up.  Granted this has been a long wait, and we have all been counting the days that we hope will return Genie back to our screens.  But, I think that the end results will definately be worth it.  One way or another, we are being heard.  Our voices are carrying over the crowds and with our continued support of this campaign, it's just got to work!! We want what we want, and we want it now!  We want Genie back! We want Luke and Laura!!

Hey out there Angels!! I hope you all are having a wonderful week so far.  I know that Angels are still flying out for Genie!!  Plenty of postcards, letters, stickers and other such items are on their way to CA!  Keep up the wonderful work!!

 Angels fly for Genie!!!

Alright Angels, tomorrow is the start of a new week! Don't let the clouds get in your way, let the Angels fly tomorrow!! We want them to continue to soar.  We don't want TIIC to think this is just some minor fluke and that we will give up just because they gave us a tease of Genie and Tony together on SoapNet yesterday!  While seeing that hour of them together was wonderful, it does NOT appease us!! We want what we want, and we want it now! 

There are new forms of Angels taking flight in angelfood cake, angelhair pasta and I believe some angelsoft toilet tissue!! Whatever works!! Whatever makes a statement!! We want Genie back! We want Luke and Laura as the Spencers should be! 30 years in the making, we didn't watch this long to be given this kind of treatment as fans.  We will NOT be silenced!!

It's been brought to my attention that Operation: Genie's Angels has already been named as the Campaign of the week for the 7/24 issue of SOD!!!

Fan Campaign of the Week: Genie Francis's fans are campaigning for the soap to bring back the Emmy-winning actress. They call themselves Genie's Angels. "I don't understand why the producers and writers on the show do not bring back Genie Francis," writes one. "Laura... would bring back so much light to GH. She would be a welcome change from all the secrets and lies that are going on now. Bring back Luke's angel and all her fans' dreams will come true."

I noticed in the back of SOD, the Sound Off section.. there is a small block set aside for "Fan Campaign of the Week" In that one is a campaign that went out for Adrianne Leon (ex-BrookLynn from GH) from Y&R, who was let go and the fans sent in letters with strawberry, tomato and daisy seeds to CBS execs, symbolizing the gift Colleen gave Adrian on Valentines day. I also heard that when the fans wanted Sami and Lucas back together on Days, they sent hundreds of cards in to SOD and it made it into the campaign slot ..so.. I want the Operation: Genie's Angels in that Campaign slot!!! This is our chance to get some more publicity!!  It's time to send off a new wave of Angels to SOD and have our voices heard!! Luke needs his Angel back and so do we!!  So Monday it's time to send off the next wave of Angels!!

Well, I thought I would report that as of today, this official website has gotten 800 hits!!  So close to 1,000!!!  If only half of the people who have looked at Operation: Genie's Angels are actually getting involved, then ABC has gotten a whirlwind of mail delivered!!  What a fantastic thing this has become!  We must express just how much we love you and miss you, Genie!! We want you home!

So, I was at Wal-Mart picking up my antibiotics and pain meds for my recent injury (sliced a finger open on a broken glass washing dishes of all things) and I wandered about the craft section.  I found these little "zipper" adournments, you just clip them to your zippers to make them cuter.  Needless to say they had Angels, so I grabbed a handful of them to mail off!  See?  Always got Genie on the brain!!

For the financially challenged, like myself!!  This is what I've done.  I took the Genie's Angels background (above) from the myspace and the Official website, scaled it down to a bit smaller than 3X5 size, printed it out on paper.  I cut each one of those out, and glued them to a 3X5 card.  Ready made postcard! And it matches the websites

I'm determined to do my part in flying with Genie's Angels!!
